Shinchoku, which is Japanese for "progress," is a company specializing in Smart Industry and Sustainability. Shinchoku's activities started in 2020 as a spin-off of Delphino Consultancy and since 2022 an independent company. Based in Eindhoven and Lodi Vecchio, we serve clients in the Netherlands and Italy and work with partners from both countries.
Shinchoku is a company born out of a collaboration between Delphino Consultancy and Synergy Tech, two small software architecture and consulting companies. After working together for a few years, Shinchoku was spun off as an independent company, led by Angelo Hulshout, Kamen Chilov and Arianna Pernigoni.
Shinchoku's focus is on guiding SME manufacturing and logistics companies on Smart Industry and sustainability, which now naturally includes energy efficiency.
We implement projects in which we help these companies step by step to create a closed feedback loop of improvement in their operation: collecting data from the process and all digital systems, analyzing it and feeding the results back to improvement activities. In our iterative approach, we help them step by step set up the necessary tools and processes from ERP level to machine control, increasing the scope of the feedback loop at each step.
