From wired to wireless: it's possible thanks to 5G. Because the combination of enormous capacity, extremely high reliability and ultra-low latency make 5G more than just a new form of connectivity. It is the first wireless network that offers a full alternative to a wired network. Thus, 5G makes the "wireless factory" possible. KPN is happy to introduce everyone to 5G at the HTSC visitor center on the Brainport Industries Campus in Eindhoven, where they are realizing new applications with 5G for the Dutch manufacturing industry together with High Tech Software Cluster partners. As part of the Vanderlande Innovation Program, Vanderlande together with High Tech Software Cluster memberKPN investigated the potential value and current state of technology of 5G networks.
