Unique within High Tech Software Cluster: ICT Group takes over Profit

Without continuous growth and progress, words like improvement, achievement and success have no meaning. A quote from Benjamin Franklin. This is how High Tech Software Cluster member ICT Group N.V. must have thought. On Thursday, April 1, 2021, they announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of cluster member Profit. The acquisitions fit into ICT's growth strategy which aims to be a leading European provider of technology solutions in defined markets.

Profit is a service provider in technical automation founded in 1998. The company designs, develops and implements complex software solutions for high-end technical environments in a wide range of industries: healthcare, automotive, semiconductor, aerospace and government. The acquisition of Profit increases ICT's scale and market share in the technical automation industry. Profit employs approximately 30 FTE and reported revenues of €3.9 million in 2020.

Jos Blejie, CEO of ICT: "I am pleased to announce the acquisition of Profit and Strypes. With these acquisitions we increase our scale and expand our knowledge in specific areas. We warmly welcome our new colleagues within the ICT Group."

On behalf of the High Tech Software Cluster we would like to congratulate both parties with this wonderful news. Cluster manager Wim Renders: "this is a great example of how members actively seek each other out and what cooperation can lead to."
