M80, after acquiring XPLUS, has taken another step in its development as a full-service provider in the field of digital transformation in Europe with its investment in Luminis. By becoming part of this group of companies, Luminis can accelerate the broadening of its portfolio of services and products in the field of digital transformation.
Hans Bossenbroek will lead this new group of companies and will take responsibility for the further development of services in the field of digital transformations. "The rapid developments in the market and technology require a multidisciplinary approach based on customer value and innovation. We strive to be the full-service provider for our customers in the area of Cloud and data." With this move, Hans hands over the baton to Jeroen Bouvrie, who will assume the role of Managing Director Luminis.
